Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of goods from Waf Jersey (ABN 69 613 565 393), trading as Waf Jersey(“we”, “us”, “our”). Our registered office is in New South Wales, Australia.

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these Terms together with our Terms of Use.

• All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST at the prevailing rate (currently 10%).
• The total payable, including any shipping charges and the GST component, is shown at checkout before you submit your order.
• We may change pricing at any time, but changes will not apply to orders we have already accepted.

When you submit an order, you make an offer to buy the items on these Terms. A binding contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity — in which case we will refund any amount you have paid in full.

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; we never store full card numbers. Title in the goods passes to you on full payment.

• We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and StarTrack. Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days metropolitan and 5–10 business days regional.
• Shipping is a flat $9.95 on orders under $80 AUD, and free on orders of $80 AUD or more.
• Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you nominated.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those Consumer Guarantees, and nothing in these Terms is intended to mislead you about your rights.

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on unworn jerseys in their original condition, with tags attached. To start a return, email contact@wafjersey.com within 30 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns is yours; we refund the product price to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Personalised items (for example, jerseys with a chosen number) are excluded from change-of-mind returns unless they have a fault, in which case your Consumer Guarantee rights apply in full.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days at contact@wafjersey.com with a photograph. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement, repair or refund consistent with the Australian Consumer Law.

Each product page shows the chest measurement range for the size. We recommend measuring around the broadest part of your dog’s chest with a soft tape before ordering. Returns due to sizing are handled under our change-of-mind policy above.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We use your information only to process and ship your order, provide customer support, and (where you have opted in) send you marketing updates you can unsubscribe from at any time, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any failure to comply with a Consumer Guarantee is limited (at our option) to replacing or repairing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State, without prejudice to any consumer protections that cannot be waived.
